One River School Of Art + Design is embarking on a mission to "transform art education" and we are looking for motivated professionals who are looking to be part of an new business concept that is changing people's life's.

The Membership Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Director and helps to drive the student acquisition and customer service of the school. The Membership Coordinator also supports the marketing and administrative responsibilities of the school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our brand and is a hard working, self-starter with excellent project management and communication skills. We are looking for someone who loves people and builds relationships easily and also loves working in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company environment.

Here is an outline of some of the responsibilities:

Administrative / Service

• Assist in a variety of administrative school needs including reporting, student membership management, student surveys, classroom inventory
• Oversee new student onboarding to ensure student satisfaction
• Drive better retention through more consistent customer communication and engagement
• Develop one to one relationships with the student body and the parents of our K-12 students
• Assist in the planning, marketing and artwork sales for gallery exhibitions

Marketing

• Manage ongoing web updates on the One River School website to drive traffic and attendance for events
• Execute the School's marketing plan, driving enrollment online and in-person
• Help generate press through local media outreach by preparing press releases and e-mail marketing, as well as networking for local community events, business partnerships and local public / private school partnerships
• Develop new referral strategies for current student and member base

Student Acquisition

• Maximize student enrollment by executing One River Schools Sales Method for closing new student inquiries
• Communicate with prospective students via phone, email and through in person school tours to enroll new students
• Upsell current members / campers to new classes and select memberships

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, service oriented business, complex administrative roles, marketing or customer service
• Potential to grow into a leadership role

• Able to work a non-traditional schedule, Saturdays required
