The owners own three other highly successful Massage Envy locations and are committed to the growth and success of our newly acquired location in Olathe, KS. Specific responsibilities include:

• Being a part of a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer
• Helping clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.
• Scheduling appointments with accuracy and recommending enhanced services
• Selling our wellness plans
• Ensuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently.
• Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.

Requirements:

• Previous membership sales experience preferred.
• Goal-oriented
• Great, positive communication skills
• Driven
• Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
• Advancement available
• Some evening and weekend shifts required

Our competitive compensation package includes base hourly pay plus performance based bonus which is directly related to the results you drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
