HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a Clinical Manager of Mental Health Services licensed as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist for an exciting opportunity with a residential treatment facility specializing in mental health disorders including eating disorders located in Minneapolis, MN.

• Clinical Manager will work Monday – Friday; Weekend Rotation; FT; On-site
• Clinical Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership, supervision, and training to PHP and IOP staff
• Clinical Manager will function as a member of the leadership team
• Clinical Manager will ensure and provide a high level of quality care
• Clinical Manager ensures program operations and care delivery are consistent with the care model
• Clinical Manager will retain clients through positive outcomes
• Clinical Manager will monitor and evaluate sessions to provide quality feedback
• Clinical Manager will participate in the hiring, training, professional development, and retention of staff
• Clinical Manager will join an established and growing team
• Clinical Manager will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that program and client goals are being met
• Clinical Manager will be a liaison between the Clinical Staff and the Executive team
• Clinical Manager will provide high-quality clinical services to clients and their families/community

Residential BH Clinical Director - LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• Licensed as LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Previous Eating Disorder treatment and knowledge
• Ability to acquire MN license immediately
• Desire to live in the Twin Cities

Residential BH Clinical Director - LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist Compensation:

• $90k-$95k Based on Experience
• 5K Sign Bonus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
