Mental Health Technician

Our Mental Health Technicians administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment to patients who are struggling with mental illness. Patients come in daily for 6-8 weeks and receive TMS treatment while their Mental Health Technician guides them in setting goals, focusing on gratitude, journaling, and other skills to help them 'Take Back Their Lives'. This position is on the frontlines of Mental Health care and requires empathy, positivity, and maturity.

What You’ll Do
- Administration of TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments.
- Build rapport with patients and create lasting professional relationships.
- Support patient during treatments using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results are received.
- Communicate and Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
- Keep patients on schedule and punctual.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Collaborate with Providers to determine the treatment protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Patient Care experience (preferred)
- Behavioral Health experience (preferred)
- Impeccable personal hygiene because of close contact with patients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
