We are currently seeking a Merchandise Manager for our arcade operation within The Kartrite Resort

What will you be doing as a Merchandise Manager with Family Entertainment Group?

• Providing excellent guest service
• Placing orders and maintaining inventory of prizes and office supplies while working within a set budget
• Taking accurate inventory of merchandise including prizes and office supplies
• Checking in orders and maintaining accurate records relating to what items have been received
• Provide guidance and training for staff members on restocking the redemption area and merchandise games
• Exercise creativity in decorating crane games with different themes relating to the prizes within
• Restocking and reorganizing storage areas, making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find
• Displaying and accurately pricing new products
• Utilize data from the card system software to create and update required reports
• Entering products into the redemption system software
• Assist in different departments when called upon to do so

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience ordering, checking in, and maintaining an accurate inventory of products and merchandise
• Is very organized and self-motivated.
• Has experience and is comfortable with using Excel
• Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
• Is coachable and willing to learn
• Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
• Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail a plus but not required
