To help us continue building on our vision of making it easier to train employees on HR compliance, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive to grow our revenue, grow our customers, and help take EasyLlama to the moon.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Build an understanding of the EasyLlama product
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals
  • Practice accurate pipeline management with excellent forecasting
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success to ensure effective communication of issues and smooth onboarding

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years of B2B software sales experience
  • You've got a proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You take ownership of your assigned territory
  • You are internally motivated and aspirational
  • You are highly organized and excellent at time management
  • You ensure that deliverables and inquiry turnaround times are met
  • You are customer oriented and have the ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations

The salary range for this role is $130k to $200k OTE
