We are looking for a Full-Time Millwork Sales Support Associate.
The primary responsibilities of the Millwork Sales Support position are to maintain outstanding and helpful customer service: support sales team with windows, exterior doors and interior millwork. Some knowledge of millwork preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality individual with a great customer service aptitude and a passion for construction and building materials. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy. Learn proper procedures for orders, special orders, purchase orders, returns, payment on account, and merchandise receiving • Prepare price quotes, estimates and bids* Understand profit margins and how to maintain them. *Learn proper procedures for orders, special orders, purchase orders, credit memos and receiving.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Education/Training: High School degree. A willingness to learn• Experience in a retail environment either in cashier, sales, or back office. While not a requirement, experience in the millwork environment would be helpful.• A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction.• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
Starting wage $15.00 DOE
