ABOUT THE ROLE

• Quoting and order entry for special order and stock products
• Phone calls to clients/vendors
• Understand Basic Construction practices and building components
• Typing Sales Tickets & Deliveries
• Must be comfortable with computers
• Understand Product Knowledge
• Work with house plans to verify critical components of the project
• Work with multiple component manufacturers to obtain quotes, place orders & review acknowledgments
• Comfortable with Estimating and doing millwork takeoffs
• Work with multiple account managers & clients to address a variety of needs and concerns
• Ensure that issues are addressed within 48 hours per the Team Blue "48 Hour Solution Resolution"
• Answer client phone calls and assist walk-in clients with a smile!
• As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members

YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Your background involves putting customers first
• You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team
• You are known to be the point person for product knowledge
• Experience in estimating building materials is a PLUS!
