Mobile Maintenance Technician with tdg Facilities in Louisville, KY

tdgFacilities is looking for a Full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician supporting our various clients around Louisville, KY. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. We are seeking someone that can work independently and is able to manage various projects within general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, floor care, drywall repair, painting, etc. This person would be provided a company vehicle and full benefits that would begin day one of employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work courteously with office/staff personnel, rotating from various client locations.
• Painting and Drywall experience is preferred.
• Maintain and use equipment safely and properly
• General building maintenance including performing timely repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment, fire system tests and inspections, floor care, on-call assistance for clean-ups and other emergencies.
• Be available nights and weekends for emergencies
• Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer to modify and monitor work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly organized
• General computer skills a plus
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
