Qualifications:
Must be at least 17 years old, have reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor front door and lobby areas. Assist visitors with entry into and exit from the facility by responding to door bell. Monitor lobby for residents to ensure they do not exit the front door unassisted.
- Greeting residents, families, and visitors to the facility in a polite and courteous manner.
- Perform Covid screenings and temperature checks on visitors entering the facility.
- Escort visitors to and from resident rooms.
- Review the Identification Record Book for wandering residents and sign off daily.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy by following HIPAA guidelines.
- Gather mail, accept packages, assist with activities / front office duties (cutting meal tickets / crafts)
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Business Office and/or Administrator.
