We are a financial services company seeking a pleasant, energetic person for an entry level LOA possition. This position offers significant growth potential and advancement opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (willing to train the right candidate):
-Fluent in Polish is a must
- Implement strategies to improve the overall office efficiency
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of hosting training seminars
- Schedule client meetings
- Deliver Above & Beyond Service to all clients, families and partners
- Draft email & written communications, Power Points, etc.
- Manage the CRM data base and implement additional client management campaigns
- Be the director of first impressions
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent computer skills; basic MS office suite and overall web proficiency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organization skills, must be able to work in a multi-functional position
- High degree of integrity and ability to manage client confidential information
- Overall office professionalism
- Detail oriented
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Preferred but not needed. Willing to train the right person.'
