Intro:
As a Modern Service Management (MSM) Consultant you will use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to help global brands and federal agencies solve challenging problems through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support to help lead the development of organizational policy to govern the program in support of cybersecurity controls.
  • Research applicable DoD Policy and Federal Law that governs special program customers.
  • Gathering governance requirements, engage with stakeholders, writing Enterprise policy, and understanding on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Document policies in an ADO Git repo in Markdown to be "starters" anytime we resell the Azure Virtual Enclave or Core Platform Edge solutions.
Location and Travel Details:
Must be local to the DMV area and required to commute on site in the Lorton, VA area. Travel 0-25%.
Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements:
Must be able to maintain an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance. May have to obtain a CI Poly.
Profile of Success:
  • 4 years of experience in systems engineering to design platforms to support developers
  • Must be well versed on general infrastructure technology and have an understanding of public and private cloud concepts such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Desktop as a Service (DaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
  • Use knowledge of systems architecture to create a robust infrastructure for application development
  • Knowledge of Cloud security, experience in optimizing IT infrastructure
  • Use in-depth experience with networks, systems, and client-facing skills to create innovative business solutions
  • Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent tool experience.
