The Customer Service Representative (Ambassador) provides exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our insurance products and services in person, on the phone, and via the internet. He or she reviews the customer's policy to answer questions regarding coverage and claims and/or provides information about new policies and costs. The Ambassador will transfer the customer to a sales agent to complete any transactions or to handle any questions that he or she cannot answer.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
