AccuSource is hiring for a remote-based National Account Manager to proactively partner with clients to support their needs, while growing current accounts. This is a critical role to the organization that will help support growth of the business.

As the National Account Manager, you will:
  • Serve as primary managerial contact and provide general management of all assigned portfolio accounts.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to respond to customer needs, concerns and escalations; partnering with leadership and internal partners to achieve resolution.
  • Develop partnerships with customers to align their needs with our abilities and strives to support their critical business initiatives.
  • Identify the client landscape by developing multilevel relationships with key decision makers to ensure stability and contract renewal.
  • Continuously evaluate assigned accounts for additional sales, expansion, and referral opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth, seamless on boarding of new customers or customer processes.
  • Partner with customer service, identify, and follow up on all managed account customer complaints, concerns or issues through to successful resolution.
  • Aid sales team members in client issue resolution as needed.
  • Partner with sales team as needed in prospect demonstrations a trade show events.

In order to be successful in the role you must possess:
  • Minimum of 3-years of account management or other related sales experience
  • Background and drug screening experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of deadlines
  • Positive, cooperative work attitude and team player
  • High sense of urgency

Compensation and benefits offered:
  • Base salary of 55-65K plus 20% bonus opportunity
