National Account Service Assistant Job at Coverall North America
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provides critical support for assigned National Account Customers and ad hoc service requests.
PRINCIPAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and prepare evaluation of data for Open-Line Survey Tool and Reports
Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys via phone interviews and prepares survey evaluations
Manages ServiceChannel and Work Order Management Systems
Supports National Account Customers with Service Requests
Generates/maintains maps for current for National Account Customers and Subcontractors
Sources Subcontractors in new markets as needed for service coverage
Ensure proper communication with Regional Support Centers, Master Support Centers and Subcontractors, regarding National Accounts
Work cross-functionally with other departments including Finance, Marketing, and Legal, at all levels, to provide business related information or to gather data.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
-4 year college degree required, preferably in finance or business related field
MBA degree preferred but not required
-Experience with or a high aptitude to learn or with Customer specific systems (i.e. ServiceChannel, Ariba, Corrigo, etc.)
-Sales or Customer Service Support background is a plus
-Strong Microsoft Excelskills
-High level of initiative and ability to prioritize workload
-Attention to detail and error-free work in a deadline driven environment
-Disciplined approach to problem solving and strong follow up skills
-Solid written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Substantial level of independence and accountability for assigned projects
-Strong ability to apply deductive reasoning
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Confidence and ability to manage multiple projects
-Strong team player

Pay: $11.09 - $21.76 per hour
