Our drivers are the heart of our company; without them we couldn't offer the lightning-fast 10-minute delivery. That's why we created Rider Operations. A team dedicated exclusively to the welfare, training and safety of our drivers; as well as the smooth running of daily business processes. And that's where you come in as the National Health & Safety Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build National Safety procedures
• Implement and Lead Safety measures for our Riders
• Conduct off-site and on-site trainings
• Lead job-site inspections
• Make sure Getir is in compliance with Safety and Healthy regulations in the US

What You'll Bring

You Will Have:

• 5-10 years of management experience
• Expertise in Health and Safety Regulations
• Transportation/Logistics sectors are a plus
• Off-site and on-site training experience
• Availability to conduct job-site inspections
