Position Mission
The Network Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day network operations on behalf of the clients, as well as assisting with systems and network optimal design from a strategic perspective.
Responsibilities
- Managing LAN/WAN/Wireless network devices. This includes the design, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks.
- Manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
- Manage security solutions, including but not limited to firewall, anti-virus, URL filtering, MDM, and intrusion detection systems.
- Establish and maintain standard system\OS upgrades for network infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Act as an escalation point for network issues from tier 1 support.
- Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours and weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 year's of experience with the design, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks and firewall security.
- Cisco CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP certifications, or recognized certification experience is a plus.
