Join BearCom’s Network Solutions team to evangelize wireless solutions across North America. In this role you will engage directly with technical leaders, C-level executives, and influencers at all levels across the information technology segment and around the US to support a digitally enhanced, data-driven ecosystem.
As a Network Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be part of the team that shapes and delivers private LTE solutions to support advanced industrial connectivity. Your responsibilities will include engaging with technology and C-suite leaders to deepen our relationships, leading our go-to-market business development efforts, and ultimately creating significant business opportunities for BearCom. You will work closely with the BearCom product and services teams to help evolve BearCom’s offerings for more rapid adoption by customers.
This is a remote position, but travel will be included as part of the role.
You will work with industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution companies in the commercial sector, interacting at the executive level (CxO/VP). You will think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, while building and conveying compelling value propositions and working cross-organizationally to build consensus. You will lead and drive multiple complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet business objectives with a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics, and a good understanding of wireless industry ecosystems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant executive-level sales experience in technology
- Sales experience in technology-enabled consulting, product management, product marketing, business development, and/or transformation roles.
- Experience strategically selling in one or more of the following market segments - Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation and/or General Warehouse Automation a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Industry experience in information technology across one or more of these functional areas: Smart Distribution, Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Sensor Management, Production Cycle, and Materials Handling.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Intimate knowledge of the distribution IT value chain and the application of technology to modernize the industry.
- Passion for wireless technologies – working knowledge and experience in networking, and specifically its applications and uses in industry.
- Passion for industry – good understanding of the unique characteristics of the industrial ecosystem.
- Client experience and the ability to have peer-to-peer engagements with CxOs
- Technical knowledge of IT applications, platforms, and data ecosystems, with ability to go deep into technical aspects to understand current and future customer needs and present BearCom technical benefits.
- Four-year degree coupled with technical acumen and a working knowledge of infrastructure and networking technologies.
