Receptionist / New Home Sales Assistant in Smyrna, DE
Benchmark Builders is looking for an enthusiastic part time Receptionist / New Home Sales Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet and register customers as they visit our welcome center
- Tour customers through Model homes
- Enter customers into CRM database for follow up
- Maintain customer database with all notes & communication
- Prepare all brochure information & contract packages.
- Create sales flyers & e-blast mailings
- Track & order supplies for sales office
- Monitor & maintain cleanliness of model homes, site, entrance, etc. Punch out model homes on a monthly basis along with Sales Manager
- Knowledge of New Home Sales Process
- Can follow company policies, procedures & maintain excellent customer relations
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Professional appearance
- 4 day work week; weekends required
- New Home Sales experience preferred
