One of the leading "on your site" home builders in Washington and Oregon is seeking a Home Sales Consultant (hilinehomes.com). Help make dreams come true by assisting potential home buyers through the buying process, floor plan selection, finish selections, financial arrangements, and closings. This position will be responsible for model home tours, follow up, event marketing, home shows, Real Estate Agent outreach, customer service, and more! A Real Estate Agents license is not required. Benefits after 60 days. Job is commission with a base pay for $2500 for the first 18 months.
The ideal employee will have commission sales experience, construction related background, customer service experience, and computer experience.
