New and upcoming Speakeasy is currently seeking an experienced Beverage Director to join our team!!! Candidates must have a passion for beverage and creative flair to give nothing short of a superior experience to our guests.
Duties can include:
- Understand the trend in cocktail recipes and spirits.
- Design and execute tools, systems and key performance indicators to achieve the highest standards in bar service
- Create industry leading cocktail menus balancing innovation with speed and efficiency
- Foster and promote the motivation and creativity of bartenders in alignment with the company's mission
- Demonstrate the highest quality of craftmanship behind the bar
- Identify best-in-class hiring and retention practices for bartenders and bar staff
- Expected to colaboarate recipes with management
