Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan Joint Commission and other licensing accrediting and regulatory agencies. Responsible for perfoming computerized infant hearing screenings under the direction of the Newborn Hearing Screening Program Dirctor and/or the Program Coordinator.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent technical training
- BLS (AHA) required
- Must have a minimum of 6-12 months hearing screener experience
- Preferred Unit Secretary experience in OB.

- Use the ability to communicate clearly in verbal English
- Use the ability to communicate clearly in written English
- Works at a fast pace in an active work environment
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Self directed
