- Position: Nextgen Application Trainer
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 12+ months contract to hire
Hours: 8am-5pm PST
- This person can live anywhere in the USA, they would have to travel to Las Vegas 2 times per year max, the rest would be remote.
Summary:
Support clinical use of Nextgen Electronic Health Records and related software through regular training of new hires and existing staff on software updates, workflow changes, process improvements, and other enhancements. Nextgen Electronic Health Records software training and support on practice specific workflows and new software releases. Maintain and update training documentation library. Upgrade and patch testing and implementation/go-live support onsite. End user support over phone, chat, and email. Helpdesk ticket troubleshooting and resolution.
Required:
- Healthcare environments, software proficient, specifically Nextgen Electronic Health Records, some Medical Assistant or similar clinical experience, experience supporting Doctors and their staff.
- Nextgen Electronic Health Records support - 3 years
- Clinical/Healthcare experience - 3 years
- Office - 2 years
- IT Helpdesk ticketing systems - 1 year
Preferred:
- Nextgen NCP Certification
