Position Specific Responsibilities
In a hangar adjacent to McConnell AFB that once housed Boeing Air Force One modification facilities, the MRO team at NIAR WERX provides production design, initial and Supplemental Type Certification, instrumentation installation, modifications and field support/repair. We are looking for someone who has a positive, professional demeanor who enjoys interacting with internal and external partners.
Summary of Responsibilities
Provides support to the operations related to customers. Coordinates tours and events to facilitate effective presentation of programs. Assists in the preparation, coordination, storage, and cleanup for facility events.
Essential Functions
- Provides on-site logistical coordination of tours and events.
- Maintains calendars and/or records as needed.
- Communicates with customers and operational staff to effectively coordinate tours and events.
- Provides directional support to customers, vendors, and partners as needed.
- May order and maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- May be assigned to assist, coordinate or support special projects as needed.
- Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

- Ability to provide excellent customer service, both in verbal and written format.
- Dedicated focus on customer experience.
- Ability to manage walk-in traffic, phone calls, email and assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task including stopping and starting new tasks.
- Ability to take initiative and accept new responsibilities
