Construction: Works within the construction department in his or her regional location of the company, and work around upgrades of existing facilities and new construction projects. While the role will primarily remain regional, some overnight travel within the worker’s individual state and outside the state, may be required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (non-exclusive list)

• Complete construction tasks as directed by the construction supervisor. This may include both interior and exterior projects, climbing onto ladders, working in moderately confined spaces, and in temperature variances.
• Work with other construction team members on allocations of duties, such as rotating tasks as needed on a particular project.
• Complete tasks outsides of the construction area as needed by Rose Acre Farms – this may include projects such as mowing, packing eggs, moving snow, haulout.
• Complete daily construction tasks and report issues to the supervisor on any task that cannot be completed within the project timeline.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous construction experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Ability to stand for significant periods and to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and competently operate basic construction tools.
• Ability to understand how to follow basic verbal instructions in English.
