Night Auditor assists guests with their overnight requests and balances accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in and checking out guests, handling their requests. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Check in and check out guests and answer phones
Respond to guest requests, concerns and emergencies
Reconcile accounts
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
Balance the day’s work.
Follow safety and emergency procedures.
Maintain proper record keeping (i.e., log books, etc.).
Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
Ability to work overnight and weekends.
Skills
- Minimum 1 year work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Auditor required
- Teamwork- Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
- Treats others with respect and consideration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
