REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) applicants are particularly encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills; gets along well with others
• Strong communication skills is a must - constant communication is a MUST in this position
• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
• Must have previous management experience of at least 30 people
• Previous fast food or food industry experience preferred
