North America PS Enterprise Marketing Group Manager Job at HP

We’re looking for a rock star B2B marketing leader who is strategic, passionate, creative, and data-driven with a growth mindset to lead a world class team of high performing Account Based Marketing (ABM) managers on our Enterprise Marketing Personal Systems & Services business.
For this person to succeed, candidate must be able to thrive in a highly matrixed organization interacting closely with Senior leaders across Sales, Category, GTM, WW and COE teams and have strong people-management experience. Preferably someone who has hands on ABM experience, understanding of the B2B customer journey, audience insights both IT decision makers and buying committee influencers role in the journey. Strong business acumen and experience with B2B Account and Lead funnel analytics, investment model forecasting, understanding of the tech-stack and the operations engine under the hood. Last but most important, fostering a culture for growth, creativity and diversity and empowering the team to maximize their talent and potential.
Roles and Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Director of North America Commercial Marketing you will be responsible for:
- Managing the development of insights-led marketing strategies and plans in close collaboration with sales and category leadership teams
- Define and lead the account-based marketing strategy, oversee execution and measurement, trying innovative approaches
- Driving creative excellence across the team, ensuring world-class omni-channel customer experience for the ITDMs/Buying committee audience across both To-Customer and Through Partner channels
- Lead QBW discussions with Marketing and Sales Leadership teams
- Budget accountability and drive marketing mix allocation and investment model forecasting
- Challenge and inspire the team to have a growth mindset and encourage experimentation, testing on the job
- Inspire our agency network to produce on-brand, world class, business and customer focused, award-winning work across the mix, every time.
- Champion and continually drive adoption of leading-edge innovative marketing techniques across the enterprise business
Knowledge and skills:
- Minimum of 10+ years in strategic, creative, B2B ABM marketing with 3+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Campaign & Content Marketing, Omni-channel nurturing (across digital, online and offline channels)
- Proven track record in strategic planning, collaborating closely with various COE teams – Insights, WW, GTM, Sales, Category, GBU, etc.
- Experience in setting/executing learning agendas and testing/optimizing across campaigns
- High level of tact and diplomacy; ability to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottom
- Budget planning and process management
- Industry, sales, channel and/or agency experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working on and with virtual teams
- Strong influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills.
- Deft touch in communications with exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Attention to detail

- High - Deals with highly complicated strategic/tactical issues.
Complexity:
- Moderate to high – Senior management interface; frequent cross-functional/ cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master degree, MBA or equivalent preferred).

Per the California statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $140,000 -$160,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
