Nurse – Behavioral Health – RN and LPN
Advanced Recovery Systems, an industry leader in integrated behavioral healthcare management, is looking for a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team of professionals dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders, and mental health issues.
Sign-On Bonus Available: RN (Full-Time) up to $3000 | LPN (Full-Time) up to $1500
Competitive Starting Pay: RN $38-40/hr | LPN $25-30/hr
Registered Nurse Role Overview:
You will collaborate closely with the Advanced Recovery Systems team to co-create, administer, and review treatment protocols to guide our patients through their recovery. Empathy and resilience are essential to ensure you’re able to properly gauge patient psychiatric states, console patients when necessary, and conduct targeted psychoeducation within families.
Registered Nurse Minimum Requirements:
- RN license in the State of Practice required
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Must have receipt of BLS training required
Preferred Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Experience in behavioral health preferred (or interest in this discipline)
- Open to new Nursing graduates
