Nurse Manager and Facility Administrator Conroe/Montgomery Job at Rapidcare Emergency Room
Recommends establishment or revision of policies, procedures, and methods and develops organizational structure and standards of performance.
- Advises and assists executive management in planning and developing administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinates, integrates, and evaluates functions and activities of the nursing program and ensures achievement of objectives.
Consults with executive management to coordinate nursing activities with other hospital activities.
- Analyzes and evaluates overall patient care program.
- Confers with managers and staff concerning patient care issues.
- Makes periodic rounds of patient care units.
- Develops and promotes cooperative working relationships with other departments, hospitals and community agencies.
- Directs the preparation and monitoring of nursing budget.
- Prepares periodic reports concerning patient care.
- Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors patients for reactions or side effects
- Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Modifies patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions * Monitors all aspects of patient care.
- Prepares patients for and assists with examinations or treatments
- Assists with performing basic labs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
