Are you a Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) with professional experience looking for a job that makes a difference? Are you available to start immediately? Daytime hours? Between the hours of 7am-7pm.

We are seeking reliable, professional In-Home Caregivers in the Prince Georges County area! As a caregiver at Interim Healthcare of Prince Georges County, you’ll build relationships, improve the quality of life, and help care for seniors with activities of daily living in need.

A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:

  • Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license for the state of [Maryland]
  • CPR certification
  • Social Security Card (EIN's not accepted)
  • Green Card or Work Permit
  • Annual Physical
  • Covid-19 vaccination card
  • Valid Maryland driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
  • Cheerful, Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
  • Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
  • Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
  • Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the service needs of our clients, this can include holidays (paid at time and a half)
Weekend shifts available.
