As a CNA you will:
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
- Chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Integral part of the team caring for ventilator residents
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
- Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Sapphire you will foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families.
- Other duties as assigned
