As the administrator, you are responsible for the safety and security of our residents, team members, and overall daily operations; we value your position in the highest regard. Responsibilities:

Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations. Excellent survey experience is a must.

Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.

Lead your team of employees with at least 10 direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.

Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's preferred.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations. Individual must be a team player, well-organized, and flexible.
