The qualified Nursing Home Administrator will perform the following:

This role offers a lot of autonomy as you will be reporting to offsite NHA who works at a different location.

• Ensuring documentation in the nursing center meets Federal, State, and Certification guidelines.
• Implementing facility wide policies and procedures when necessary
• Overseeing quality assurance protocols
• Representing the facility in professional and community activities
• Interpreting resident needs and collaborating with families
• Strong and driven personality with excellent communication skills and capable of working independently.

Available shifts include:

• Monday - Friday day shift...standard NHA accountability

Salaries starting at $130,000 and up based on experience.
