Parkside Health Care Center is seeking candidates that enjoy working with the elderly to join our team as a Nutrition Services Supervisor/DTR. The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the dietary staff to ensure the highest quality of nutritional meals and food service to the residents. This job involves all aspects of the Nutrition Services Department, including: Food preparation, purchasing, scheduling and documentation.
