Tri-County Health Care is looking for a Full-Time Nutrition Services Manager to join the team at the Wadena Campus. Our Nutrition Services team is lively, team-oriented and committed to providing top-notch service to our patients, visitors and staff; and we are looking for a leader who is excited to share their love of food and nutrition with us!

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares Menus, standardized recipes, and nutritional values on foods to ensure consistent, quality, nutritionally adequate foods meeting all HAACP standards.
- Responsible for weekly food ordering to ensure product availability for menus developed.
- Develops and reviews department policies and standards in accordance with The Joint Commission and MDH. Enforces safety and sanitation standards, department policies and procedures to provide consistent work practices in the department.
- Responds to and addresses requests, patient complaints, problems with equipment, staffing issues and all other concerns as they arise.
- Develops and implements Quality Improvement initiatives.
Competencies required:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates high degree of commitment to customer service excellence
- Demonstrate concern for patients of all ages, visitors, and co-workers
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or a related field
- Certified Dietary Manager completion
- Certified Food Protection Professional completion
- 5+ years experience in food service management
Immunization requirements include: MMR, Hepatitis B (based on the position), Tdap, Varicella, Influenza, COVID-19.
