The Positions:

Full Time - Physical Therapists - ACFs in Brooklyn, NY.

Physical Therapist – All Boroughs of NY, Westchester County, Putnam County, Dutchess County, Orange County & Nassau County

Speech Language Pathologists - All Boroughs of NY, Westchester County, Putnam County, Dutchess County, Orange County & Nassau County

Occupational therapist – all boroughs of NY, Westchester County, Staten Island, Putnam County Orange County & Dutchess County

What we offer:

• $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS (Full Time)
• $75 Per Visit for Geriatric
• $100 Per Visit for Pediatric

Position Qualifications:

· Two (2) years of experience, preferred.

· Licensed by The State of New York.

· Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
