OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Per Diem - Sunnyview Rehab Hospital - Schenectady, NY

What you will do:

• Will be responsible for direct patient care, evaluation and implementation of programs designed to improve patients' functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques. Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency) .
• Document accurately, completely, and timely.

What you will need:

• Demonstration of at least entry level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles and applications
• Bachelors Degreerequired
• NYS OT license are required
• Must function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals .
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential .
