Administrative Position Available

Title: Office Administrator

Type: Full-time (40 hours)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Position description:

Our Office Administrator will need to effectively and accurately manage and support certain administrative duties and services of real estate transactions in a high volume friendly office setting. Attention to detail is a high priority.

Responsibilities:

Managing real estate contracts through a series of processes and steps to ensure a smooth closing for our client's (and Realtor's) transaction in addition to maintaining employee/vendor files, accounting reports, AR and AP (accounting), data entry and placing various orders for our internal team.

Skills wanted/needed:

Accuracy and efficiency is paramount to our office processes. Applicants should be able to use Microsoft Office tools, we are not expecting anyone to be an expert. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important along with good organizational skills. Multitasking is commonplace in our office, applicants will occasionally be asked to work on more than one project simultaneously. Taking direction (and executing various tasks) from management is also a valued attribute.

Experience:

Office Experience - 1+ years

Customer Service - 1+ years

Real Estate Experience - Not required, but would be beneficial.
