Ethan Allen Office Administrator job:
Requirements:
- 3+ years of admin experience
- 3+ years of A/P experience
- 3+ years of reception experience
- 3+ years of task prioritzation
- previous experience working for medium size business
Fully in-person position.

Responsibilities:
- You have 4 team members that you directly report to:
1. Ethan Allen Independent Retail Owner
2. Executive Director
3. Assistant General Manager
4. Service Center Manager
Accounts Payable:
- approx 5-10 hours per week
- paying all vendors
- getting invoices / checks ready for owner to sign and you to mail
- approx. 5-10 hours per week
- sometimes do account recaps on excel to collect a final payment from client
Miscellaneous tasks and jobs assigned to you, these are just examples:
- maintaining our client coffee/drink bar
- maintaining facilities such as break room and back room
- taking cash deposit to bank / check deposits w/ app
- running errands off premises as assigned to you
- Clearance listings up to date
- keeping clearance pricing/inventory 100% current / accurate for our design team
- Staying up to date with Ethan Allen Corporate information
Cross Trained in CSS Operations job:
- Delivery / vendor scheduling
- POS System, Google Spreadsheets phone calls, texts
- Ownership of being proactive to give the process the best chance of success
- Keeping Design Center Neat at Orderly
- You will be trained on doing our designer - up rotational system among other job functions as you fill when needed in this
- Delivery Scheduling
- Scheduling orders and collecting payments from clients
