Office Administrator Job at Futurian Systems

Futurian Systems is seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our Vail Valley location!

Qualified candidate will have worked in a position similar to what is being offered, and MUST live in close proximity to the office location (Minturn, CO). Must also have experience using QuickBooks. Superb customer service skills are essential.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Accounts Receivables; Entering customer invoices into QuickBooks, tracking, and collecting from customers on a regular basis.
  • Product Purchasing & Receiving; Entering Purchase Orders into QuickBooks and ordering product in a timely and accurate manner. Receiving product into system and preparing for delivery to field.
  • Scheduling; Updating a weekly outline, confirming appointments, and communicating with in-field technicians and customers on scheduling.
  • Estimating; Creating estimates within QuickBooks for customers and submitting for approval.
  • Return Merchandise Authorizations; Receiving product back from the field, coordinating with manufacturers for RMA, and shipping back for credit/repair.
  • Other Administrative Tasks; Keeping supplies stocked, coordinating fleet vehicle maintenance, managing deliveries of product, and various other tasks requested of administration by field personnel.

Position requires a VERY HIGH LEVEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL SKILL to be successful. Candidate must be willing to be on-call via email and/or cell phone into the evenings and on the weekends. Position reports directly to the President of the company.

Position is almost 100% working out of your home office in which the company provides everything needed to set you up at home. Must have high-speed Internet connection available to properly communicate. Company cell phone and laptop provide. Paid time off and benefits available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
