Through open and transparent collaboration, FARR personnel guide owners, managers, and staff through the certification process.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Office Assistant's essential functions include direct support for the Leadership Team, as well as support for Field Staff.
This position reports to the Certification and Operations Administrators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering the main phone line and returning voicemails and emails.
- Data entry
- Initiating renewals, calling, and verifying information.
- Logging inbound grievances, and assisting in investigations.
- Invoicing, receiving payments, calling on past due accounts.
- Creating and maintaining reports as instructed.
- Creating/editing/releasing certificates of compliance, as directed.
- Attending meetings and recording minutes
- Running background checks.
- Maintaining database integrity and accuracy.
- Assisting certification administrator and operations administrator.
- Assisting with event planning and execution.
- Posting and responding to social media outlets.
- Ordering supplies for remote office staff.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service skills, mindfulness, and critical thinking skills.
- Solid people skills and professionalism.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
- Professional and related experience that demonstrates qualifications for the position may substitute for requirements. Experience in the recovery environment is preferred.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of constituents.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and technological applications
- Ability to make sound independent decisions.
- Applies judgment, ethics, best practices, and accountability.
- Understands and conducts effective verbal and written instructions.
- Strong understanding and application of confidentiality
- Ability to work productively in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call.
- Possesses a valid Florida Driver's license along with dependable and adequately insured transportation.
- Passes background and related employment check(s) as required.
