GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Office Administrator position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of Dillas. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. The best candidate will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Coordinate project deliverable items and monitor status. Including Marketing, Operations, and Training.
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
  • Provide administrative support for operations team including management and distribution of requests to various departments
  • Monitor the production of materials and coordinate distribution to restaurants
  • Triage basic IT problems before bringing to next level

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enthusiastic service attitude
  • Ability to manage basic tasks
  • Ability to create and prioritize a to-do list
  • Time management to facilitate completion of daily tasks across multiple departments
  • Takes initiative
  • Has excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to recognize problems and solve them or contact supervisor to support in resolution
  • Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
  • Ability to quickly respond to and organize emails
  • Proficient in Google Suite of office tools
  • Catches on quickly to multiple software environments
