Business Management - Senior Manager - (Financial Accounting)from any of our USA locations - remote/flexible working available

What can you expect:

  • Based in our US offices, or from any of our other UK/USA locations, with the opportunity to work remotely
  • The role will work with managers and senior leaders across the globe to ensure that day to day support is provided to them, ensuring global leadership has the data and management information readily available to make informed decisions to ensure the function is run as a business
  • In addition, the role will be the pivotal point to lead and co-ordinate discreet pieces of work that are related to financial management, for example, coordination, tracking and management of headcount transitions not limited to FTEs, undertake reviews on cost analysis, perform ad-hoc reporting when required. This is performed via ongoing development of operational governance and management frameworks

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate, manage and performs all aspects of financial accounting including headcount and relative initiatives across Colleague Technology within MMC Tech
  • As the organization is 700 staff and has a budget of $100M USD with multiple responsibility centers in every country across the globe you will proactively build relationships with key partners predominantly in Colleague technology and also across MMC Tech & infrastructure functions such as HR & Finance to ensure effective collaboration
  • Maintain all Colleague Technology financial reporting, ensuring that they meet business needs to manage, track and report on all financial and headcount matters

What you need to have:

  • Significant experience within a similar role which demonstrates financial accounting/reporting experience
  • Ability to work across the business globally managing forecasting, budgeting and all of the reporting
  • Extensive organization and high level communication skills at all levels Ability to challenge seniors in the business whilst maintaining a solid working relationship.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $103,000 to $155,000 USD

Annual.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $77,500 to $155,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
