We are seeking an Office Manager to become a part of our team! We are a modern orthodontic practice seeking the right person who believes in culture, process and excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee team members
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Conduct and document monthly reviews with each staff member
- Oversees all inventory, supply ordering, and documents all operational expenses
- Manages daily operations of the facility which includes daily decision making, patient interactions, scheduling, forecasting, and paying operational bills
- Manages staff and doctor work schedules
- Staff Training and Development plan for new team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
