The Office Manager is often a family's first impression of the Oak Hill campus, and thus must exhibit a friendly, helpful demeanor. The position provides general office organizational support, including answering the phone, managing supplies, monitoring gates, issuing visitor badges, creating master conference schedules, and more tasks of varying complexity. In performing duties, responsibilities, and tasks, the individual utilizes independent judgment, initiative, tact, patience, confidentiality, sensitivity, and courtesy.
