Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will provide high-level administrative assistance and support across all departments in the corporate office. Daily tasks include:
- Successfully handle a high volume of work and balance priorities to meet established deadlines.
- Front office support tasks: answering phones, scheduling appointments, purchasing supplies, managing mail, office-related errands, ordering groceries and lunches, and managing corporate vendors and software accounts.
- Provide IT support as an extension of the IT department, including purchasing equipment and setting up remote access for property phones.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office space, conference rooms, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Assist with special projects, such as departmental or company events, offsite meetings, travel itineraries, and team-building events.
- Participate in employee training and new hire orientation.
- Review and maintain office-related policies.
- Schedule regular maintenance and maintain records for all company vehicles.
- Create documents in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the office and solve challenges before they become an issue.
- Conduct ongoing needs analysis and tactfully identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Perform additional project work and other duties as assigned.
Willing to work with the right person. Below are our preferred requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk the property, including up to 6 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections.
- Maintain neat, well-groomed, professional appearance.
