Office Manager Home Care Agency Job at Above and Beyond Home Care Services
Home Care agency seeking a full time Office Manager with experience in HOME CARE (home health aide services/PCA) to work in our Clifton, NJ location. Must have experience MANAGING a home care agency, preferably in the Passaic County area. The main focus of the manager will be GROWTH, increasing the caseload of clientele in the area. The manager will also assist with staff coordination, and must have knowledge of personnel/HR policies related to home care in NJ. Should have a good understanding of guidelines and regulations governing our industry. Must be bilingual Spanish, with excellent customer service.
Must be driven and motivated in getting new client referrals and helping in agency growth.
Responsibilities:
- Focusing on getting new client referrals and helping in agency growth
-Perform marketing as needed to attract new clientele/ aides
-Focusing on attracting and hiring new CHHA staff to work with clients.
- Managing and supervising a staff of Home Care Aides/Coordinators
- Scheduling Home Care Aides and coordinating Client services as needed
- Building positive relationships and effectively communicating with Aides, Clients, and Case Managers
- Working closely with Coordinators in the office to ensure that clients receive consistent, quality care
