Job Description
Start date is January 2023.
Responsibilities:
Order and stock office and kitchen supplies, first aid kits, rugs, check for expired things (coffee creamer, first aid and fire extinguishers, permits, etc)
- Collaborate with other departments such as Farm/Grounds staff, Payroll, HR, etc
- Check and distribute incoming mail, and send outgoing mail
- Follow up on account payable communicate with Payroll in the USA and/or India HQ
- Ensure office is presentable and is in working order.
- Maintain great relationship with vendors, including contractors doing renovations
- Order lunch for employees daily
- Assist with employee social events
- Assist with minor repairs and/or contact Facilities team members for involved repairs
Qualifications:
Build strong relationships with employees and third parties,
- Qiuck response times and follow though
- Attention to detail
- Proactive
- Focused, but easy going
- Current drivers license and regular access to car.
- It's a plus if you have OSHA training or knowledge. If none, willingness to complete the 10-hour OSHA training course.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Please Note: This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday during typical business hours.
