We Currently Have One Full Time Combined Position For: Office & Sales Assistant.

This position includes a variety of tasks ranging from assisting with all office and sales related tasks. Duties will include, but are not limited to;

Assisting With All Office And Customer Service Related Activities:

  • Receiving and routing of incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling & posting of daily deliveries
  • Entering & scheduling customer service & repair requests
  • Processing of daily mail
  • Receiving & posting of customer payments
  • Processing delivered invoices
  • Purchase order & acknowledgement pairing
  • Various Sales assistance duties such as greeting and directing customers, and assisting sales people with customer pricing quotes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Pleasant, Positive And “People Friendly” Attitude.

Ideally should have previous experience in an office setting, with good computer and communication skills. A basic familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is a great asset, particularly Access, Excel and Outlook.

This is a five-day-a-week position with your choice of either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off through the mid-week. Saturdays are required. We are closed on Sundays. Hours may vary as needed, but are generally 40-45 hours per week. Additional wage information and a more comprehensive job description will be provided if an interview is granted.
